St Patrick's Day
The school will be closed on Wednesday 17 March for St Patrick's Day.

Parent Teacher Meetings
Children will finish at 12.50pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday next week for Parent Teacher Meetings. We would ask that all children are collected promptly at 12.50pm to ensure all meetings start on time.
Please note the exit that your child should be collected from next week:
4th/5th/6th classes will exit from PE Hall via Emergency Exits near main entrance.
2nd/3rd classes will exit via the Diswellstown Door (Tigers Door).
1st /Infants will exit via their usual doors.

Congratulations
Congratulations to Julie Melnic (2nd Class) who took part in the Junior Davis Cup in Fitzwilliam Lawn Tennis Club last week.

Easter Camp (1st - 6th Class Only)
Easter Camp - Sport, Art and Cooking - from Monday 29th March to Thursday 1st April, 10am to 1:30pm. €65 per child. Spaces are still available. To book, email Aidan Monaghan at monaghan1@hotmail.com.

School Choir
There will be no Choir on Friday 19 or Friday 26 March. Choir practice will resume after the Easter Break.

Extra Curricular Activities
As Parent Teacher meetings are taking place next week, the following extra curricular activities have been cancelled:
Monday - Thursday - Homework Club (any missed days will be made up next term)
Monday - Soccer
Tuesday - Basketball/Musical Theatre
Wednesday - Basketball/Volleyball/Speech & Drama (Clodagh Ryan) (St Patrick's Day - School closed)
Thursday - Hurling/Football (Girls)/Speech & Drama (Liz Brennan)

The following activities will take place as normal:
Tuesday - Tennis (last session this term)
Thursday - Table tennis
Friday - Badminton

Spanish Classes
Spanish Classes will go ahead as normal next week.

Irish Dancing
Please note that dancing will still take place on Tuesday 16 March. Since school finishes on this day at 12.50, dancing for all grounds will comment at 12.50pm and finish for Junior classes at 1.50pm and Senior classes upwards at 2.30pm. Any queries should be directed to Bernie at 087 6204772. The Downey Lanigan Academy of Irish Dance Class Feis 2010 will take place in Castleknock Hotel on 21 March, dancing will commence at 2.00pm.

Swimming Classes at NAC
There will be no swimming class on Saturday 20 March. The final class of this term is on 27 March. New term starts on 17 April (9 weeks). New members are welcome. All levels catered for, from beginners to Advanced Lane Swimmers. All enquiries directly to Lucy at 086 4029792.

New Tennis
Tennis will begin again on Tuesday 13 April from 3.05-4.00pm. The new course will run for 8 weeks and equipment will be provided. The cost is €24 per child. If you are interested, please write your name and class on the Sign-on Sheet located on the table inside the main door. Priority will be given to older children.

French for Children (3 - 12 year olds) - La Jolie Ronde French method
La Jolie Ronde French Classes at Diswellstown Community Centre here in St. Patrick's NS, Mon (4.00-5.00), Thurs (4-5.40), Sat (9.30-12.00). Currently taking enrolments for Spring Term (Apr-Jun). Castleknock Hurling & Football Club (CHFC)
Nursery: Continues every Saturday morning at the green beside Castleknock
Community College. New members are always welcome.
Easter Camp: Registrations for the Easter Camp take place this Saturday at the Club Shop from 10am-11.30am. The club shop is located at CCC. Dates for the Easter Camp are as follows: March 29th - April 2nd. Price is €50 for standard camp and €30 for Nursery camp.

Community Centre
Sewing Course starting in Community Centre on 14 April on Wednesdays from 7-8pm. Contact Angela at 086 8430572 for more information.
