Christmas Holidays
The school closes tomorrow, Friday, at 11.30am for the Christmas Holidays. As Friday is the final day of term, the children do not have to wear their school uniform (Non-Uniform Day). The school will reopen on Monday 08 January 2007 at 08.30am.

Staff Meeting
Please note that there will be a Staff Meeting on Monday 08 January 2007. Your child must be collected at 12.00noon on that day.

Folens Christmas Annuals
Folens have run out of Christmas Annuals and we will not, therefore, be getting our order. Monies have been returned to your child in an envelope today.

School Milk Scheme
No more money will be accepted for next term's School Milk Scheme. For those who have paid, milk will be delivered as from 08 January (the day we return to school after the school holidays).

Green Schools
Congratulations to Rebecca Agnoli (3rd Class) and Róisín Delaney (4th Class) who were prizewinners in the recent "Christmas Decorations" Competition held by Fingal County Council. Both made impressive decorations from recycled material and these have now been placed on the large Christmas Tree at the Fingal County Council Headquarters in Swords. Both children attended the special awards ceremony in Swords on Thursday 14 December.

Extra Curricular Activities
Extra Curricular Activities will recommence in the New Year. Details will be sent out during early January.

Art & Craft Workshops
Art & Craft Workshops starting Monday 22 January - Monday 26 March inclusive, 2.15pm-3.45pm, with Bláthnaid O'Brien-Donovan (Qualified Teacher). To enrol, contact Bláthnaid on 087 4123247 after 3pm. Fee €120.
