Texting Service during Bad Weather
We have two separate “text a parent” services in use in the school. One system can only be accessed in the school building and is the most up-to-date. The second system is currently being updated and can be accessed remotely. In the recent bad weather, we had to use the second system. As a result, a small minority of parents did not receive messages. We apologise for this. We are working on having this remote system updated as soon as possible. In the interim, we would ask you to make an arrangement with a friend to forward any messages they receive to you. It is absolutely essential that we have every parent’s current contact details. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Gear Jewellers Apology
In advertising for the “Wheel of Fortune” prior to the Christmas Fair and during the Christmas Fair another jewellers name was mistakenly used in place of Gear Jewellers. The Christmas Fair Organising Committee would like to sincerely apologise for this mistake. We would like to express our gratitude for the very generous donation from Gear Jewellers and assure Gear Jewellers that this error will never happen again.
Payments
Can we please request that, when you are sending payments into school, you mark the envelope clearly with your child’s full name, their teacher’s name and what the payment is for i.e. Badminton, Volleyball, Calendar Orders, Photographs, etc., etc. Specific Envelopes for Extras Payments are available from the office. We are making this request as, with over 730 children in the school, administration of various payments is extremely time-consuming and made more difficult when envelopes are not clearly marked.
