New Payment Method
We are trialling a New Payment System here in St Patrick's. We chose the Fifth Class Tour for the first trial.  The system allows parents to pay through a very secure system.  It will cancel out the need for writing cheques and sourcing exact amounts for payments, etc. It will also automatically enter the record of the payment against your child's entry on our Aladdin school database.  All outstanding payments are automatically listed in the email sent to parents. Please note that we are only seeking the Class Tour payment at this time.  If your email shows the 2014/2015 Extras Fee, please note that this can be paid any time between now and April 2015. Thank You for your cooperation in this trial. We are confident that the system will benefit both parents and the school in monitoring and recording payments.  If you have any queries about the system, please feel free to email info@stpatricksns.ie.

St Patrick’s Parents for Business Network
Each child from 1st class to 6th class has a Homework Journal.  The first 7 pages are for “St Patrick’s Parents for Business Network”.  This is a directory of Parents that supply goods & services. Firstly, we would ask that you, as parents, support the Network Members by giving them an opportunity to quote you for any goods or services that are listed.  Secondly, if you are a Parent that provides a Business or Service and would like to be included in the Homework Journal for this September, please contact Daniel@cms-ireland.com ASAP. The listing also goes on the St Patricks website http://www.stpatricksns.ie .  The directory is being finalized by May 23rd.

CCC – First Years 2015
Application forms for First Year 2015 to Castleknock Community College have been delivered to all fifth class students in the last week.  The closing date for receipt of applications is Friday 26th September @ 4.00p.m.Parents should pay close attention to the enrolment procedures and note that in 2013/14 Castleknock Community College was only able to provide places to siblings of existing students and those first time applicants living in Area B.  In 2013/14 we were unable to offer places to applicants from Area A or from outside the catchment area.  Applicants in these areas need to ensure that they have made applications to other second level schools.
