CrossCare Community Food Drive
We are taking part in the CrossCare Community Food Drive from Wednesday 24 June to Friday 26 June. Collection Boxes will be in the Foyer of the school on the above days only. Your support for families in the local area will be much appreciated.
Junior Infant Sport for All Day
This will take place on Thursday 18 June (weather permitting). Children should wear their school tracksuit. An extra drink is also recommended for the day.
Down Syndrome Ireland – Ice Cream Funday
On Thursday 18 June, some of our parents will be selling Ice Cream in aid of Down Syndrome Ireland at 1.10pm and 2.10pm. No set price, no donation refused. If you wish to support this worthy cause, they will be set up under the canopy at the Main Entrance. Please note that there may be an unavoidable delay in your child (1st-6th Class only) leaving school if they wish to purchase an ice-cream.
School Reports
School Reports will be sent to this email address before the end of the school year. However, if you do not wish to receive your child’s School Report by email, please contact the school at info@stpatricksns.ie ASAP. Please put “Hardcopy School Report” in the Subject line and your child/children’s name(s) and their current class teacher(s) in the main body of the email.
Booklists
Booklists have been distributed to all children. A copy has been attached to this email and they are also available to view/download from the school website www.stpatricksns.ie.

Sports Events
Return of school running kits
It is very important that children return all school kits ASAP. Please return clean kits in bag with your child's name clearly written on it (paper bag is fine) as all kits need to be signed back in. Kits will be collected from classrooms.

Congratulations to Aileen Quigley on winning the 4 tickets to Tayto Park. We had 203 completed surveys which is a great response. Thank you to everyone who returned a form.
Volunteers for 6th Class Graduation Reception
We are looking for volunteers to help out at this year’s Graduation Reception being held in St Patrick's School Hall on Tuesday evening, 23rd June. If you are available and can help with serving refreshments between 8.15pm and 9.30pm please contact Karen on 0874187253.
We are addressing the Parents/Guardians of 5th Class children in particular, as you will all be directly involved and partaking in the Graduation Reception next year. It is a really good insight into how successful this event is for all involved. It is such a happy event for our school and it is always a very enjoyable evening. So if you can spare some of your time, all help is greatly appreciated. Many thanks for your continued support.

Reminders
Lost Property
Any unclaimed Lost Property items will be donated to St Vincent de Paul if not collected by Friday 26 June. Please take a minute at drop off or collection times over the next week to check the Lost Property area (just inside the Blanchardstown Door) if your child is missing any items.
Non-Uniform Day in aid of UNICEF Nepal Earthquake Fund
On Thursday 25 June, we will be holding a Non-Uniform Day in aid of UNICEF Nepal Earthquake Fund. No donation is too small.

Local Summer Camps
Any information we receive re local Summer Camps will be displayed at the main door of the school. Leaflets will be beside the Parent Information Notice Board.
La Jolie Ronde French classes – September 2015
Bonjour, just to advise that la Jolie Ronde French classes will re-start in September. Weekdays from 4pm & on Saturday mornings. Ideal way to introduce children to learning a foreign language, from 2.5 yrs to 12 yrs. Sabine info@frenchforchildren.ie
Spanish for Children
Felicidades to every one of my little and big Spanish pupils, who all did so well in their
after-school Spanish classes again this year and particularly to those who graduated
and who will moving on and beginning a new course in September! New term (14 weeks),
starting week beginning 7th September. Enrolment has already started. Please book early,
to guarantee your preferred day/time. Five available courses for Pre & Primary School
children (3-13 years), in St Patrick’s NS & locally, mornings & afternoons from 1PM to 5PM.
