Sports Events

Fingal Cross Country League

Well done to our school cross country team who battled yesterday's harsh weather conditions at Porterstown! They showed great strength of character and are a credit to their school and their parents. Despite freezing fingers, numb toes and damp socks they showed a positive attitude to sport and a true team spirit. The next meeting will be on Tuesday 8th March. Hopefully, the weather will be kinder to us. Go n’eirí an t-ádh leo, go léir!

Reminders

Hand Towels

In order to maintain our Recycling Green Flag, we request that every child brings a small hand towel/facecloth to dry his/her hands after using the WC.  This should be kept in a school bag pocket and changed regularly. Children should not use toilet paper to dry their hands.

Sick Children at School

Please do not send sick children to school for the following reasons:

  • Children are unable to cope with the demands of school when they are unwell.
  • Infection spreads rapidly in the confinement of the classroom.
  • All supervision is concentrated on the yard areas.

School Insurance

The School Insurance company is Allianz and your child is covered under a 24/7 Pupil Insurance Policy.  For more information, see www.allianz.ie/otherproducts/schools.

Extra Curricular Activities

All enquiries re Extra-Curricular Activities should be directed to the activity organiser (see Extra-Curricular Activities Page on our website).  Where the activity is organised by a staff member, please email info@stpatricksns.ie
