Upcoming Sporting Events & News

SPAR FAI Primary School 5s

This year our 5th and 6th class boys soccer team participated in a 5-a-side soccer competition. We won the Dublin 15 qualifying round after topping our group. In the final it was a close game and it went to penalties. Our goalie Callum Sheridan, saved the winning penalty. We then advanced to the county finals.

In the next tournament we topped our group again, winning all their matches. In the semi-finals we won 3-1. In the final we lost 2-1 to a fantastic Scoil Assaim of Raheny team. We were unlucky to lose after previously beating the same team in the group stage. It was great fun and hopefully we can do it again next year.

Extra-Curricular Activities

If your child takes part in a number of Extra-Curricular activities, it might be useful to write the activities into his/her school journal on the appropriate days.  This will help him/her remember the activity and, if there is any confusion, the teacher can help by checking the journal.

Any changes/cancellations known in advance will be notified on the weekly Newsletter.

Information regarding extra-curricular activities can be found on the website www.stpatricksns.ie through the Extra Curricular Activities tab and under archived Newsletters.

If your child no longer wishes to take part in Badminton, Tennis, Athletics, Table Tennis or Chess, please email info@stpatricksns.ie ASAP so that he/she can be removed from the payment request list and that the place can be offered to another child.
