Icy Weather
On these frosty mornings, the grounds tend to be slippery, particularly the red tarmacadam area in front of the school. It is not possible to grit the entire schoolyard so gritting is therefore concentrated on the paths. In the interest of safety, we would therefore urge you to use the paths and to encourage your children to do likewise.
Dropping in lunches, bags, homework etc.
If you are dropping in any of your child's forgotten belongings e.g. lunches, bags, homework, etc., please ensure they are clearly marked with your child's name and the name of the class teacher.
Contact Details
It is essential that we have the correct address and contact details (e.g. home telephone, parents' mobile numbers) for your child on our database. If any of your details have changed since the beginning of the school year, please complete a Change of Address/Contact Details Form.

Old 2008 Calendars
If you are thinking of throwing away your old 2008 calendar, you may be able to re-use and recycle it. Calendars with good pictures/photographs can be a useful teaching resource. Many calendars show scenes of places around the world (e.g. landscapes, cities, well known monuments, animals. Calendars showing places in other countries would be particularly useful. If you have a 2008 calendar which can be reused, please leave it with Andrea in the main office.
