VOLUNTEERS URGENTLY NEEDED TO HELP WITH CONFIRMATION RECEPTION 21st May from 12 - 2.30pm 2013
A much loved part of our children’s Confirmation day has always been enjoying some refreshments and chatting with their friends in the Parish Centre following the Confirmation ceremony. Unfortunately, this year’s reception is in doubt due to lack of volunteers to help out on the day. We are appealing for volunteers to help with the Confirmation reception, which will take place in St. Mochta’s Parish Centre following the ceremony.
The Confirmation ceremony will take approx. an hour and a half – so volunteers will be required to be in the Parish Centre from 12pm to 2.30pm approx. for the reception (this will include the clean-up following the reception). We appreciate that this may clash with your child finishing school, but would appeal to volunteers to make arrangements for friends/family to collect their children.
