St Patrick's National School PA will be holding its AGM on Wednesday 25th September 2013 at 8pm in the hall of the school. Please make sure to keep this important date in your diaries.

Dear Parent/Guardian,

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of St Patrick’s NS Parents’ Association (PA) will take place on Wednesday 25th September at 8pm in the school. 

We encourage you to attend this meeting as this is an important meeting. 
The purpose of the meeting is to:

• Account for the work of the PA in the past year
• Account for monies received and spent
• Hold elections for the PA committee
• Hear your ideas and views to help us set the Agenda for next year

The PA Committee is actively seeking new members and your support is very important not only to the School but also to the children of the School who will ultimately benefit from having a strong, dynamic and well resourced PA. 

If you are interested in becoming a committee member, please fill in the form below or simply submit your items for inclusion on the Agenda, and return the form to the School Reception no later than Wednesday 18th September 2013.  This is the cut-off date for nominees.  Nominations must be proposed and seconded by two parents/guardians on the night.

The PA would like if each school year could be represented on the committee by at least one parent.  In order to achieve this, we would especially require a representative from parents of Junior and Senior Infants.
