Christmas Fair 2013 - Cup Cake Competition Rules
Cup Cake Competition kindly sponsored by The Butlers Pantry
Rules:-
Categories are:
8 years and under
9-13 years
Adults
Entrants must be students or parents/guardians of St Patrick’s NS
Entrants should make a minimum of 6 cupcakes (no maximum!).
Entries should be dropped into the Café at the Christmas Fair between 11am & 1pm on the day.
Multiple entries are allowed.
Each entry should be clearly labelled to include your name, class, the entry category and a contact number.
All entries will be displayed on the day.
Entries should be on a plate/tray that you do not want returned.
Kids entries should be the work of kids without Adult intervention!
All cupcakes entered into the competition will be sold in the Café, for the benefit of the Christmas Fair, after the adjudicating process has taken place.
The cupcakes will be judged by appearance and creativity. The judges will not taste the cupcakes as they will be sold after judging, but everything used in making & decorating the cupcakes must be edible.
Photography of a selection of entries will be displayed on the school website.
Winners will be announced after the judging process with Prize Giving at the Christmas Fair.
The judge's decision will be final!
