St Patrick's N.S. Parents Association - SUNDAY 29th November 2009
Dear Parents,
After the success of the last 2 years, the Parents Association is delighted to announce that St Patrick's Christmas Fair is Back again in 2009, Bigger and Better.
What's in store for 2009?
- Amazing Christmas raffle prizes
- Santa's grotto
- Wheel of Fortune
- Cakes & Sweets, Books, Toys, Games, Novelties
- Arts & crafts including face painting
- Lots of activities for kids and many other surprises
"A Brilliant Family Day Out"
How can you help?
We are looking for donations of:
- Books including children's books, novels, cooking books, travel books
- Toys in good working order for boys and girls that you were thinking of giving away or no longer have room for
- Console games and DVDs/CDs
- Bottles of spirits, wine, champagne, soft drinks for the bottle stall
- Cakes (purchased or home baked) to sell on the day
- Prizes/Gifts to be raffled on the Wheel of Fortune
We will be providing further information on collection dates and times after the mid-term.
Help Wanted
We will need as many helpers as possible to set-up the hall on Saturday 28th November and to help on the day of the Fair itself - Sunday 29th November. Even if you are only available for an hour, please come forward - a rota will be organised.
It will be fun, an opportunity to meet other parents and to participate in a very worthy cause. Please come forward and volunteer if you have not already done so.
